Event Information
Our Annual Spring Banquet and Dance will be held on April 3rd between the two Spring Holy Days. The venue is once again the Marriott Solana in Southlake. The Marriott is a beautiful location for our event (link for reservations) Attire for the evening is nice Sabbath wear to formal wear. The dance is for adults and teens, seventh grade and up. Babysitting is not provided; please make your personal arrangements.
Many of our brethren enjoy the convenience of booking lodging at the Marriott for Friday and/or Saturday, and we have negotiated an exceptionally good rate of $84.00 per room. Each room rate includes a complimentary full breakfast buffet for two with a made-to-order omelet station. Please do not wait to secure your room! Our room block will be released on March 12th, when the discount rate expires. To obtain the special rate, you must call the Marriott directly on or before March 12th at 817-430-5000 or 1-800-228-9290 ask for "reservations" and mention "United Church of God 2010" to the reservations personel.
The banquet meal evening includes: salad, entrée, dessert, tea, coffee, tax and gratuity. For your convenience a cash bar will be open during the dance. Costs for the meal and the dance, which will be accompanied by a live band are:

A $5.00 per person service charge will be due for late orders postmarked after March 18th. No orders will be accepted postmarked after March 22nd.
